Terms of Service

Last updated: October 30, 2026

1. Who we are

Nebula ("Nebula", "we", "us") is a Discord bot and companion web dashboard offering moderation, member leveling and content notification features. Nebula is owned and operated by Rainbow Frame LLC, a limited liability company registered in Colorado, United States.

Nebula is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc. "Discord" is a trademark of Discord Inc.

2. Accepting these terms

By adding the Nebula bot to a Discord server you own or administer, signing in with Discord, or otherwise using the dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Nebula on behalf of a server community, you confirm that you have permission to administer that server and to connect Nebula to it.

You must also comply with Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using Nebula.

3. Your Nebula account

Nebula accounts are created through Discord sign-in. Your Discord account is the only way to access your Nebula dashboard, so keep your Discord account secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your Nebula account and for the servers you connect to it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Nebula to break Discord's rules or any applicable law, including harassing, threatening or spamming other users.
  • Configure moderation, leveling or notification features to target, expose or harm people who have not consented to it.
  • Attempt to access another user's data, probe or scan our systems, or interfere with how Nebula runs.
  • Resell, redistribute or commercialize access to Nebula without our written permission.

We may suspend or disconnect a server, or suspend an account, if we reasonably believe it is being used in violation of these terms.

5. Moderation and leveling features

Nebula's moderation features (such as warnings, mutes, timeouts, kicks and bans) act only on servers where a server administrator has enabled them, and only for members the acting administrator chooses. The server owner and the administrators who configure Nebula are responsible for how those actions are used in their community.

Leveling and XP features track public message activity in channels the server's administrators select. Server administrators choose which rewards and announcements are issued.

6. Notifications and third-party content

Nebula can post alerts to Discord when creators you follow publish new content or go live on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, Kick and X, and when monitored RSS feeds update. Those platforms and feeds are not operated by us, and we do not control their availability or their content. Alerts may be delayed or missed if a platform changes or limits access.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Nebula available and reliable, but the service is provided without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features, and we may fix, update or maintain the service at any time.

We may update these terms as the service changes. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Nebula after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Termination

You can stop using Nebula at any time: remove the bot from your server, or delete your Nebula account from the dashboard's account settings. We may suspend or terminate access to Nebula if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rainbow Frame LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits or community disruption, arising from your use of or inability to use Nebula. Nebula is provided "as is" and "as available".

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
